Under the direction of national excise and the theme of promoting the archery sport and its culture, the second branch of Jiangshu Strong Flenching Archery Sport Co.,Ltd. will hold a invitational competition for national archery teams and archery clubs.

Ⅰ Item Design

20 yards indoor conventional bow with rest nfaa 300 competition and 20 yards indoor restless conventional bow nfaa 300 competition.

Indoor 300 of NFAA(National Field Archery Association) evaluates the compound level of conventional bow athlete.

Use identical 40cm target paper, the center of the target is 5 rings, and decreases as go outside. The minimum is 1 ring.

In the competition, draw 12 groups in the 20 yards(18.28 meters) indoor. 5 arrows every group. 40 seconds every draw. In this way, the full result of the 60 arrows is 300 rings.

Before the counting score in the formal competition, 2 group 10 arrows training by the athlete is permitted, which will not count the result.

This competition will adopt the result of ranking competition of every athlete to award the medals

D: 0-189 rings Archer

C: 190-209 Bowman

B: 210-249 Expert B

A: 250-279 Expert B

AA：280-300 Expert AA

Ⅱ Competition qualification

1 Athlete must hold the effective certificate (ID card or passport) to check for competition.

2 In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, people who have specialized in the professional training of the recurve (including active and retired professional archery athlete and teenager archery member in the sport school ) and retired for over three years are permitted to compete.

Ⅲ Competition items

1 Mixed conventional bow with rest, 20 yards (18.28 meters) IFAA in door 300perfect300 (total 60 arrows) individual ranking competition, individual elimination round (6 scores system), team elimination round (5 scores system).

2 Mixed restless conventional bow, 20 yards (18.28 meters) IFAA in door 300perfect300 (total 60 arrows) individual ranking competition, individual elimination round(6 scores system), team elimination round (5 scores system).

Remark: this competition is mixed competition, and it will not set the women group independently.

Ⅳ Competition equipment

Requirement of traditional bow with rest as follows:

 

1 Conventional bow with rest includes one body bow, two bodies bow and three bodies bow. It is not allowed to have clear mark of arrow rest but it doesn’t includes extended equipment, sight mark, scratching or any mark by pressed;

2 It is allowed to installed sight window or not. But it is not allowed to installed extended equipment, sight mark, scratching or any mark by pressed into the window;

3 Conventional bow with rest is allowed to installed fur arrow rest, leather arrow rest or light arrow rest (without arrow rest)

4 Conventional bow with rest is not allowed to installed center arrow rest, steel wire arrow rest and any kind of arrow rest not mentioned in last term.

5 Conventional bow with rest is not allowed to installed side pad and any equipment have the same function.

6 Conventional bow with rest is not allowed to installed any auxiliary equipment like bow-pulling indicator. The bow unsnatched string (includes allowed accessories) must can get through the round hole or quoit that radius that is 12.2 centimeters (the error is 0.5 millimeter).

7 Multi-colored bow risers and trademarks located on the inside of the upper limb and lower limb are permitted. However if the area within the sight window is colored in such a way that it could be used for aiming, then it must be taped over.

8 The number of the string is not limited.

The string can use different color and material. It may have a center serving to accommodate the drawing fingers, a nocking point to which may be added serving to fit the arrow nock as necessary, and, to locate this point, one or two nock locators may be positioned. At each end of the bowstring there is a loop which is placed in the string nocks of the bow when braced. In addition, you can not stall a kisser or similar device on the string. The bowstring shall not in any way assist aiming through the use of a peephole, marking, or any other means.

9 Draw check device is not permitted.

10 String and face waling is not permitted.

11 Arrows of any type may be used provided they comply with the common meaning of the word “arrow” as used, and do not cause undue damage to the target faces and butts. An arrow consists of a shaft with a point, nocks, fletching and if desired, cresting. The maximum diameter of the arrow shaft exceeds 9.3 mm (arrow wraps shall not be considered as part of this limitation as long they do not extend further than 22 cm toward the point of the arrow when measured from the throat – nock hole where the string sits-of the nock to the end of the wrap) ; The points for these arrows may have the maximum diameter of 9.4 mm. All arrows of every athlete shall be marked with the athlete’s name or initial on the shaft. All arrows used in any end shall be identical and shall carry the same pattern, colors of fletching, nocks and cresting.

12 Fingerstall, glove and finger-protector to draw or release the string is permitted.

13 Field glasses, telescopes and other visual aids may be used for spotting arrows.

13.1 Provided they do not represent any obstruction to other athletes.

13.2 Prescription spectacles, shooting spectacles and sunglasses may be used. None of these may be fitted with micro hole lenses, micro glasses, or similar device, nor may they be marked in any way that can assist in aiming.

13.3 If the athlete need to cover the spectacle lenses of no-sighting eyes, then it shall be fully covered, or an eye patch may be use.

14 Accessories are permitted :

Including arm guard, chest protector, bow sling, belt and ground quiver. Devices to raise a foot or part thereof, attached or independent of the shoe, are permitted provided that the devices do not present an obstruction to other athletes at the shooting peg or protrude more than 2cm past the footprint of the shoe. Arrow passage is not allowed to installed on the bow.

ⅤParticipation Measures

1 Every participation unit can apply for one leader, one coach, one doctor. But the number of the participation athletes is not limited. Every athlete need to 200 yuan competition fee and 150 yuan registration fee.

2 In every event, if a competition unit can offer 3 athletes to compete, they can apply for team competition. The registration fee is 200 yuan every team. Team registration ensure and pay the registration fee in the before-competition team leader meeting.

Ⅵ The arrangements of field lunch

From September 16-17, the arrangement of lunch will be identical, whose standard is 35 yuan each person. This is got free by club man.

Ⅶ Competition measure

1 This competition carries out the rule of APCC archery competition 2016.

2 The coach, athletes of every competition must wear the same costume to compete.

3 In the competition, athlete is not allowed to report falsely ring point. If it is found, the qualification and the competition result of the athlete will be canceled. Respective target site supervise each other to record ring point of the competition(target site A reports the ring point, B records and calculates the ring point, C supervises each other and D checks the ring point).

4 Individual elimination round adopts the round victory system.

Ⅷ Ranking and award

This competition regards competition fee as award. More athlete, higher award.

Statistics of assignment of competition prize money (2016)

 

1 Registration fee in every station is 150 yuan each person, competition fee is 200 yuan each person, which is charged unifiedly by committee.

2 The competition fee in every station, according to the number of the athlete, with the rule of last list, forms the certain prize money in the station. If the total competition fee is less than the designated total prize money, it will be made up by committee.

3 Registration fee in every station is charged unifiedly by sponsor organization, which is used as event fee.

4 Leader meeting before the competition, sponsor organization will charge the team registration fee in present.

5 In order to ensure the process of the event, all lunch of athletes will be arranged by sponsor organization. The fee of lunch and accommodation will be afforded by the athlete. The detailed arrangement will be introduced in next version.

6 If the sponsor offers the prize money or article, the committee will announce in advance.

7 The first three in every event every group will be awarded trophy cup, medal, and certificate.(Team will not be awarded money)

8 Every ranking award certificates of merit for the first eight, the medals for the first three. We does not set the prize money.

Ⅺ Registration and report

1 Registration form must adopt the attached form, and fill into the content following the requirements.

2 The information of the competition athlete must be the same as the effective certificate. Otherwise, the competition qualification will be canceled, and the registration fee and competition fee will not be returned.

5 Give up after registration(includes team and individual), and the fee will not be returned. Changing the athlete, they need to pay 150 yuan each people or team to committee.

Ⅺ Dos and don’ts

This competition use electron stopwatch, scores indicator equipment and target that are checked by National quality-control center of sport equipment and the China Archery. Competition athlete is not allowed to use compound over 60 pounds and the hunting arrow. It is not allowed to smoke, litter, and sound in the competition field.
