I Competition organization

Invitational competition organization: domestic archery teams or the clubs. (includes Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan archery clubs)

Remark: Only APCC member units can apply for the Championship League. Please finish registration through APCC official website. http://apccarchery.org.cn

 

II Competition qualification

1 Competition athlete must hold valid certificate (ID card or passport)

2 In order to guarantee the fairness of the competition, people who have specialized in professional training of Recurve are only allowed to join the Compound, conventional bow and barebow.

 

III Item

1 Mixed Compound, 50 meters (80 six Field faces) double ranking Round (72 arrows), individual Elimination Round (15 arrows total loop points), team Elimination Round, mixed two Elimination Round.

2 Mixed Recurve, 30 meters (80 six Field faces) double ranking Round (72 arrows), individual Elimination Round (victory system) team Elimination Round, mixed two Elimination Round.

3 Mixed barebow, 30 meters (80 total Field faces) double ranking Round (72 arrows), individual Elimination Round (victory system) team Elimination Round, mixed two Elimination Round.

Remarks: If the number of women and men athletes exceeds respectively 16 in every term, the term will be divided into groups to compete. If any party does exceeds 16, the mixed group will be set for this bow. Due to the limit of time and court, every term in this competition will limit 120 athletes to participate.

 

IV Competition equipment

Recurve, compound and barebow will be carried out according to the Competition Rules of Archery Federation Rules.

 

V Participation Measures

1 Every participation unit can apply for one leader, one coach, one doctor. But the number of the participation athletes is not limited. Every athlete need to 200 yuan competition fee and 150 yuan registration fee.

2 In every event, if a competition unit can offer 3 athletes to compete, they can apply for team competition (Women can apply for the men team competition but men can not apply for the women team competition). The registration fee is 300 yuan every team. Team should confirm and pay the registration fee in the team leader meeting before-competition. (3 people a team in every team item in every group, every team may forms several teams to compete but the multi-team federation shall only confirm one unit name as team name)

VII. Competition measure

1 This competition carries out the rule of APCC archery competition 2016.

2 The coach, athletes of every competition must wear the same costume to compete.

3 In the competition, athlete is not allowed to report falsely ring point. If it is found, the qualification and the competition result of the athlete will be canceled. Respective target site supervise each other to record ring point of the competition(target site A reports the ring point, B records and calculates the ring point, C supervises each other and D checks the ring point).

4 Individual elimination round of recurve, barebow, conventional bow adopt the round victory system.

5 Individual elimination round of compound adopts the accumulating ring point system.

6 Compound team competition adopts 24 arrows ring victory system. Recurve, barebow, and conventional bow adopt round victory system.

 

VIII Ranking and award

The total prize money is 288, 500 yuan in this tournament. The awarding measures of each item are below:

1 In the personal elimination tournament, the prize money is given according to the following table. You not only get the prize money but also get the relevant certificate.

2 In the personal ranking tournament, there is no prize money but the first 8 will be given certificates and the first 3 will be given medals.

3 In the team elimination tournament, the first 3 will be given trophies and medals. The first 4 will be given certificates. The prize money will be given according the following table in the team competition.

4 If some bow item can not be divided into groups separately, they will be given prize money of mixes team according to the bonus pot of men team.

5 In the mixed-double elimination competition, the first 3 will be given trophies and medals, the first 4 will be given certificates. The prize money will be given according the following table in the team competition.

IX Registration and report

1 Registration form must adopt the attached form, and fill into the content following the requirements.

2 The information of the competition athlete must be the same as the effective certificate. Otherwise, the competition qualification will be canceled, and the registration fee and competition fee will not be returned.

3 Every competition unit and individual must E-mail the registration form to apcc@archerysports.org before 17：00, March 3 (Friday), 2017. What is more, they must transfer the registration fee and competition fee to the designated account:

After receiving the qualified application form, application fee and competition fee, we will regard it as a successful way of application. Late registration will fail to qualify for this tournament.

4 Give up after registration (includes team and individual), and the fee will not be returned. Changing the athlete, they need to pay 150 yuan each people or team to committee.

XI Dos and don’ts

This competition use electron stopwatch, scores indicator equipment and target that are checked by APCC Competition Committee. Competition athlete is not allowed to use compound over 60 pounds and the hunting arrow. It is not allowed to smoke, litter, and sound in the competition field.
