Aim: unite the national archery team, folk archery fan to form the council in the way of helping each other. Build up the association restrained by self-discipline through building up the council framement, regulate the promotion way of archery item and proposal the archery sport in a safe and certain order. Provided it is fair and righteous, set up the competition platform, communicate the archery technology knowledge and share the archery competition information of the council.

The qualification of the form unit: area legal personality like the archery association, archery club, archery operation center and archery team sigh the letter of commitment provided that they comply with the self–discipline of APCC. In this way, they can apply for APCC. (Application needs offer the copy of ID card, the copy and scanning copy of the registration certificate and the business license and formal member list). After it is passed by the administration council, they will become the inside member unit. In the council meeting, issue to be the formal form team and get one member of council, designated by form unit and then notify to the secretariat.

(remark: If the archery team without legal personality wants to enter into the council, the agent need to get the signature of 10 member about the commission to apply for the council)

Operation system: based on the fair, open, equal and two-win theme, APCCA sets one quota of one member of the council to every volunteer form unit. The member can execute the right of member of council on behalf of the form member, supervise the operation of the council, express their need rationally and get the relevant information through the council.

The highest power organization of APCC is council meeting, and the daily affairs are done by the administration council. Administration council, decides all kinds of work in the voting decision. Administration council consists of one head secretary and 6 or 8 members of the council, among which, the president is selected from the administration council voting. The daily work of APCC is hold by head secretary. The business affair and the bumf need to notify to the administration council in the way of attachment. If it is concerned with capital and business, you need to get the agreement of the member of the council and the signature of the president to execute. The president and the head secretary have the same right, who can start or end to the inappropriate motion according to the actual fact and bear the first responsibility. Administration member of the council can accept the suggestion and complain from the member of the council and form the proposal to notify to the president. The president checks it to decide whether start the discussion of the administration council meeting. It will form the proposal discussed by the administration meeting and hand over to the all member of the council. The designated member of council can supervise the affair and operation, suggest to the administration member of council in the written way, and reveal the people or behavior breaking the rules. The form unit can make an appeal of recall to irresponsible administration member of the council. But this appeal needs the relevant evidence. The administration council checks the truth, makes the decision and notifies to the form unit in a written way.

The formal member of the form unit will be regarded as the form individual on behalf of the form unit (based on the list that form unit offered, this list will be the important evidence for the form individual compete that stands for its unit. If the disagreement happens, it depends on the commission signature of the form unit) shall make the archery sport according to the self-discipline and enjoy the rights. If the formal member of the form unit breaks the self-discipline in the archery competition or breaks the national rules, the people will bear it all. The form unit the people belong to will get the waring or rejection depended by the condition. If the condition is severe, it will let the council member to vote to decide how to handle it.

The form unit has the duty to hold the activity according to the self-discipline, promote the business scope help to build up the better communication platform, make the appeal and the suggestion legally and dedicate to the archery sport!
