Ⅰ Process of the Apply for Team Members of “APCC Archery Promotion Council’’
1 Fill in the form of applying for team member, stamp the cachet and then post it or email the scanning copy to the Secretariat of APCC as well as submitting related papers (eg, Business license, league certificate copy or scanning copy. More detail to see the attachment)
2 After preliminary check by APCC Secretariat, council will discuss, examine and approve.
3 Whoever is received as the unit or team of team member of APCC, they will get the written notice. We will award them qualification of ACPP team member.
Ⅱ Qualification of applying for Team Members of “APCC Archery Promotion Council’’
1 Willing to join APCC; actively participate in APCC series matches and the related archery promotion.
2 Follow the laws and agree with the discipline convention of the council of APCC archery promotion.
3 Own the business license awarded by administration department or league register certificate awarded by league register management department.
4 Have fixed field to hold the activities and the statement of safety measures; have certain influence in this business.
Ⅲ Resignation from membership
1 If team member break the rules of APCC, they will be cancelled the qualification after the secretary suggests them and the council examines them.
2 If team member doesn’t fit or lose the second mentioned requirement, they will automatically lose the qualification of team member.
3 If someone wants to break off, they can post the letter of breaking off to the secretariat.
