APCC Archery Promotion Council of China tries the best to serve for all athletes and hold the amateur archery competition well. We prepare well for the good serve before, during and after competition. In the competition, if any athlete has rule-broken behaves, our judge have right to punish (warning, punish arrow or punish away), which are also judge’s duty and responsibility. fluorescent yellow bow this time happened outside the field. More truly speaking, it happened in the Wechat moment. It is beyond the range of executing for judge, so APCC is not executive organization and make the judge. However, as the hosting organization, it is hard to say it is not our business. We pay our attention to this affair and do the intermediation for two sides. We hope that two sides can calm down, deal with the affair calmly, not raise the argument, not leave the potential hazards, talk for solving the problem and look for the solution. In the same time, APCC would like to participate in the process of the intermediation, do the after-competition service for two sides. Finally, we must try our best to seize a satisfied result for two sides.
