[Review]: In the team compound round in APCC Suifenghe station, the athlete of love-arrow in the first sight team did not check the result and they recorded the wrong result 44 scores instead of 54 scores, so the result was beat by second team of Jixi, Heilongjiang. Two teamsconfirmed respectively by the signature. Through the APCC score-counting system, we found that the truth is love-arrow in the first sight team won. Edition and the arrangement department called the two team athlete to comfirm. Due to never happen similar thing, head judge adopted the ‘corrected by signature’ Rule of World Archery Federation to judge that second team of Jixi, Heilongjiang won. This thing became a hot topic.

[Follow-up]: After this thing happened, it raised a hot topic. APCC also pay continued attention to this thing. Through many discussions of APCC judge committee, now we decide that if this similar thing happens again in the future, it is allowed to hand it in to the judge committee to deal with. Provided it does not influence the formal going event, APCC would like to and also have right to recover the true event. However, this recover has timeline. Only it is found before next round and handed in the problem, can it be changed. If the competition has been on next round, it will have to cast by the signature.

[Reflection]: Through this thing, APCC reflected a lot. Since our company stared-up, we summary the experiences of hold-event all the way. Especially the process of editing and arrangement, we invented the phone scoring system, and improved it. Until now, our scoring paper has updated to three versions. In addition, we put the colorful scoring paper in Chengdu station, and athlete stand hand card in Dalian station. These creations are advanced, in order to help athletes to check their scores better, promote the event, save time and improve the efficiency of the event. In the same time, we also stressed the importance of checking and the signature time and again to the leaders and the athlete in the meeting before competition. These efforts not only are done for the formal and standard of holding events in APCC, but also for the happiness of the athletes to participate in the normal archery competition. Therefore, we hope that every team stresses the training for the athletes and the athletes participate in the scoring and checking. We really wish that with our efforts, we can enjoy archery.
