2015 National Undergraduate Archery Invitational Competition Starts Grandly in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics

In the early winter, top undergraduate shooters form different universities came to Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, competing for the best shooter as well as developing the great sport conventional culture. In the afternoon of December 4, 2015 National Undergraduate Archery Invitational Competition starts grandly in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Yang Zhanqi, the vice director, archery management center, national sport general bureau, vice president, Asia archery association, Guoming, vice director of Shanghai sport bureau, Sunhaiming, president of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Xu Caikai and Lisulan, reputation presidents of the conventional bow branch of China archery association, director of the craftwork in Shanghai educational committee, Dingli, head secretary of Shanghai undergraduate sport association, Renjiqiang, director of registration department, national undergraduate sport association, Chang Jiandong, director of archery department, archery sport management center, national sport general bureau, Lu Honggang, vice administration president of Shanghai archery association, members of bow association, Shuiyuan, Korea, members of Chian Shanghai Dahan sport association, leaders, some Shanghai universities. The opening ceremony was hosted by vice chief of Communist Party and Qiming, vice president.

After hot dance and flag-raising ceremony, the opening ceremony started formally. Sun Haiming stated the welcoming words. He thanked for the support of conventional bow branch of the China archery association, Shanghai archery association and the teachers and students working for this competition, on behalf of the leaders, professionals, teachers and students from all corner of China. Sun Haiming profiled the school and stressed the specialty of the sport work. The sport work of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics regards the knowledge-increasing of mental and physical health. They make a reforming of sport class, curling specialty and conventional sport culture. As a result, they got the many new results. The school stresses the development of the China conventional sport items, sets up the archery class and archery association. Through the approval of the Shanghai sport association, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics set up the branch of the Shanghai undergraduate sport association, and bear the promotion work of school archery in Shanghai. He pointed out that holding the archery in the school not only can carry out the Chinese great sport culture, but also achieve the aim of developing people with mortality. Wish that this invitational competition will inherit the national sport culture and dedicated in Chinese conventional sport culture. Finally, he hoped that the competition will finish perfectly.

In closing address, Dingli said that archery item has developed gradually in China and entered into school. This is good for promoting the educational work, improve the patriotic spirit, and strengthen students’ body. Shanghai University of International Business and Economics develop the archery item earlier, so they have the experience of theory-research and actual operation. Recently, archery association branch of Shanghai undergraduate sport association will be founded in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, which will make a vital important in promoting the archery in Shanghai school. Finally, he wished the competition will make a perfect finish.

Yangzhanqi, on behalf of the archery management center of the national sport general bureau and the Chinese archery association, appreciated the holding of this competition. He said that, archery sport has many edges to educate people, and combines with high school education to achieve the aim of two-win. This competition will make a great influence in bringing the school archery. Finally, he wished the competition will make a perfect finish.
